2007/03/01 - Marriege in Brasil

2007/04/10 - I-130 Sent

2007/05/03 - NOA1

2007/07/16 - I -130 RFE email waiting for the letter.

2007/09/18 - They sent a new letter as we did not get the first one ...... praying to get it as soon as possible !! Please.

2007/09/26 - Got the letter .. long history .. Docs Sent .. Thanks GOD and all my VJ`S friends

2007/09/29 - RFE Docs arrived there ... nightmare over !

2007/10/03 - Touched .. DID THEY FIND MY RFE DOCS ? I REALLY HOPE THEY DID.

2007/10/05 - Touched... They got the docs for sure .. We got a email .. ok everything is fine ..

2007/10/09 - Touched .. Now we are talking

Yes Loke has already booked his flight from Melbourne. He will hopefully pass the interview and get the visa. I am excited!

Kimm - You are not far from us. Things will go your way and soon you will hear something. We did not even get notice of our approval until it was already at the NVC and perhaps the USCIS is just behind on the NOA's but that does not mean that the petitions are not being approved and sent off. I am proof of that! They never did update the website for us either and we never got e-mail notification. Keep checking your mail!

Filed the I-130 Petition on April 12, 2007

Received NOA on May 10,2007

Waiting for a response

Filed the I-129F on May 18, 2007

Recieved the NOA on May 20, 2007

Hello, I wanted to let everyone know when I signed on to look over our petitions. Our dates were updated on 06/28/2007.

Both petitions were updated. Is is possible they are looking over our petitions? Waiting for a response. The status shows pending but, the update was on 06/28/2007.

05/09/2007 recieved NOA I from CSC (Reached 6 MONTHS 195 days from NOA I)

05/18/2007 Filed I-129F at Chicago Office ( Filed 186 days ago) 6 MONTHS!!

05/20/2007 rec'd NOA (184 days ago for NOA I ) REACHED THE 6 MONTH MARK!!

BOTH APPLICATIONS APPROVED 11/20/2007 THANK YOU MY GOD!!

11/20/2007 Date of NOA 2 email

11/26/2007 Date of hard copy of NOA 2

12/12/07 Date NVC receives paperwork

12/14/07 K3 is sent to Lima Peru, received case number from NVC.

12/17/07 Lima Peru Embassey receives K3

01/15/08 LEAVING FOR LIMA PERU!!!

Good morning,

Tomorrow is the "BIG" day and here in Pennsylvania we are keeping our fingers crossed that the Interview will go smooth and you will soon be united with your husband. This is awesome! I am anxiously waiting to hear how everything went.

I looked at our petitions this morning and they show us as pending. (That sucks!) But, I know you spoke of they did not update the system and you got the approval from NVC. I hope this is what is happening for us. Now, it's a new month and still waiting. How depressing. This people have no clue how painful this process is. Anyway, I need to hear good news and we are wishing best of luck and waiting for the interview news.

His interview is 10 hours away and I am so nervous. I tossed and turned all night. He flew into Sydney a couple of hours ago. He landed safe, but they lost his check luggage, but they brought it to him so he has it. His interview is at 8:00 am Aussie time.

I just know that yours will come soon and I will remember what you have done for me during my time *hugs*. I know that each day is like a year and that the pain and suffering to be without your loved one is so hard, but remember that this time will pass. The government will touch your petition soon. You will be in a better place. I know it inside my heart. Thank you so much for your support Kimm

PS: Both petitions updated on the same day which likely means they were married up together at USCIS. Please see my timeline (This also Happened to us) and we were not far from an approval.
