Congratulations. Now have a nice July and early August. Maybe you'll have a response in the second half of August. Most likely both petitions will be approved the same day. The I-130 will be retained at the service center and the I-129 will proceed through NVC to the Consulate abroad.

James' shortcuts are for CR1. This is a K3 case. The I-130's should be retained at the service center. NVC time is usually less than 1 week for K cases. There are no NVC shortcuts for K visas.

Thank you for your response. When I finally receive the approval I will be very emotional and our nightmare of waiting will almost be complete. I am leaving to visit with my husband on Aug 30, 2007 and hopefully we will have our information by this time. I know we will have a big celebration as soon as the documents are complete.

Thanks again.

I am praying as soon as possible for Immigration to complete there process. Is extremely difficult being seperated from your Husband. The waiting is hard. I will keep hoping that very soon they will process all our documents for all of us and we all unite with our love ones.

Thanks,
