Did you read what i posted? I am not complaining or yelling " dude " the faces i put on there are just for fun...im not actually crying or anything that those faces show...lol...dont take things so serious...wait ...am i using to many periods or question marks here..lmao...cmon, this is a place for all of us to keep occupied during the wait...im sure little cartoon faces aint offending mature adults...listen man, If i was stressin i wouldnt be on here, just here doing what everybody else does, read , learn , interact and most of all kill the waiting time.

Sorry, Byron, I never saw this reply. its all good. I know exactly how you're feeling. You're dying to be with your girl. i've only noticed that you are extremely animated with your posts. But that's cool. it just always seems like you're screaming your head off. And it probably does affect others when they read and maybe even spreads alittle of your panic. But now I understand you're just wasting time and entertaining, in a way. So, no harm meant to you with my earlier posts. And trust me, you're not the only one who is frantic with the keyboard, there are many others. So, my appologies. Hope you're doing well today! (!!!!!!!!!!!) Hang in there......Dude. Just teasin. hehe :blush::thumbs:

im sorry, but this is flippin ridiculous!!!!!!!!

its half way through august and we have only had 7 approvals this month...at this rate i will be approved in roughly februaryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

i know that i am not even close to getting my NOA2, but i mean move it already!

:lol::lol:

But seriously...no approvals at all today?? Its like eerily quiet.......

Perhaps there will be some news as people are coming home from work, checking the mail, email. Well, there's hoping anyway.

i know that i am not even close to getting my NOA2, but i mean move it already!

Tell me about it its been 96 days for me know and I have done this before in 2004 same time frame and was apporoved in 22 days this is getting out of had. We have millions of people walking over our borders and us tax paying US citizens cant even get a simple K-1 visa which was ment to be faster to help loved ones be together :angry:

Sorry just venting.

Yup. People update their timeline later; find this website later; etc.

From the adjudication rate, it appears that the receipting update issued on August 10th is downplaying the actual slowdown.

http://www.uscis.gov/files/pressrelease/Re...Times081007.pdf

They announced VSC is still 2-4 weeks behind receipting a number of application types. This backlog started in May, and was severely underestimated. I hope VSC will be able to recover soon, and crank out NOA2s like they did last year at this time.

I remember when I filed for a CR1 visa in early '05. Took only a few weeks. Those days are long gone, I'm afraid. Well, it could be worse I guess. I was sure we'd have some good numbers of approvals this week.

By the way, the whole CR1 thing is a long story. Its noted in "our story", if you're wondering.
