Well I just got off the phone with "customer service and was told that I have to wait 17 more days before they will do a service request for me because they are process petitions from May 19 so mine is stll within there service time.....You see the 6 month on the website is the time frame they pull out of their ###*s when they feel like screwing with people's lives.....This little person reallt pissed me off today....so I asked her if Margaret #***** was lying to me on Friday or is she today....and get this she told me that the processing date could of backed up so if I could of filed on Friday then they could of processed it then but I was one day shy of 6 months but today my petition is within there processing time......but her is the kicker....If 17 days from now they are only processing say May 25 then I will have to wait 10 more days......so the 6 months is a joke......I hate them......

You got bad information. On November 14th they posted their last processing update. AT THAT TIME, the VERMONT service center reported they were processing petitions within 6 months. If that means that anything from June 14th or so on is what they were working on. CALIFORNIA...was processing late APRIL at that time. I do believe she gave you the CALIFORNIA statistics. NOT VERMONT. CALL BACK....Insist they check that data...make sure they know u are VERMONT. THIS IS YOUR RIGHT BY LAW. You tell them that their site SAYS as of November 14th they were within service levels...they can't go BACK to May if they were in processing levels in JUNE. Be insistant...you got bad info.

Jacked up, Indeed!! Damn, Lora. What a horrible situation for you to have to endure right now. Its damn near criminal the way they are handling old petitions. Forget about good customer service....when can you begin seeking criminal prosecution?? I know, I know, it's crazy. but if I were going through what you are going through I too would be highly pissed and looking for heads to roll. I am actually shaking I am so mad.......I know I am going to get zapped here any minute........I called the Senator's office again and talked again with the liason....I really want them to do a hearing on this matter.....Like I told them ...they are going to get more and more of me's complaining to them so for there own sanity they had better start putting someone's feet to the fire or this system is going to implode........VJer's are just a sample of the real numbers....so there are thousands of me and faith and stef an virgillionaires out there.....
