It has now been 60 days since processing resumed after your RFE. Doesn't that mean that you can start rattling some cages? Maybe you should start the paperwork with the Ombudsman. I would include documentation of that crazy email you received that said your case was on the way to NVC. Even though it was obviously a mistake you can use it to substantiate why you have no faith in the system. I think it will maximize the chances that the Ombudsman will take your case.

Hi Guys......I am laying in bed in the cardiac ward in the hospital......I am all implanted with the pacer and the cardioverter.....I talked with Oscar while I was in the recovery room.....I really love him.....He was crying on the phone...anyway I went to the stress lab and they wanted me to make my heart rate go up so they were goin to give me a med I said no I know how.....VSC....NO ...NOA2......it worked and so did the pacer....hahaha...a little humour in my pain.......thanks for all of your best wishes......I get to go home around 5 pm.....Now I am ready for my approval....PLEASE.....Love you guys Lora

Billy, i know that now we have all the rights to disturb them. That's why i called yesterday and the lady told me that my case was with an adjudicator. The letters are ready to be sent of and i will attach a copy of that email i received in June. Mel said we should wait and see what's gone happen today and if we don't get our approval he will send of the letters with FedEx. Watch out VSC we gone kick you butt Hahaha.... i will love to do that

Cross # 230 off the list. Elvira & David (lixtifur) just announced they were approved on November 29. Petition sent July 9. NOA1 date entered as Nov 12. Further proof that the VJ NOA1 date should not be utilized until VJ instructs everyone to enter the received date from the NOA1 hard copy as their NOA1 date. The sent date is a much more reliable (but not perfect) date to use for comparison purposes.

That makes 82 approvals for the month.

My Mom was crying on the phone because I'd leave her alone here...

My Dad passed away 20 years ago... I have no brothers and sisters, so it makes me feel somewhat bad to leave her... even though we have a very difficult relationship.

I'm glad my sweetheart will be here sunday... will make things easier having him here. :-)
