VSC received our file July30. Makes me think July petitions have been assigned to officers.

Maybe we just got lucky or our file is less complicated ( first marriage for both of us).

I don't think that has any impact unless you requested a military expedite.

I'm just peeping my head in, since I've been lurking around the forum for a couple of days now. Sorry to have been so quiet, I'm just anxious and reading... and trying with little success to figure out if my NOA2 might come soon...

Anyway, congratulations to those of you who have received approval recently! Up until now, I've considered myself an August filer, but I'm one of those people who filed before the deadline, but no notice until well into August. I guess I'm a July/August filer.

I know a lot of you all are stressed, and me, too, I'm right along with you. I've been studying times and dates for days now, and there seems to be no rhyme or reason. Keep heart though! (L) I hope we all hear some news soon, inchallah.
