Careful....those people did NOT update their timelines till sometime today...because I checked at 7am this morning and there was 2. So today someone MAY have gotten theirs and just not reported it YET.

Remember that these statistics only reflect Visa Journey Members and the sample size may be too small to be statistically relevant.

Observations:

• K1 applications are processed much faster than K3's.
  
• It is difficult to identify any trend patterns for K3 applications.
  
• So far there is no evidence of a spike of applications from Visa Journey members to beat the fee increase.
  
• Processing times have been increasing significantly since January, 2007. K3 applications submitted in February are the only exception to this.
  
• So far May 2007 K1 processing times are shorter than April 2007, but it may be too soon to make many conclusions. Since 11 of 36 April petitions and 30 of 36 May petitions have not been adjudicated yet, processing time for both will ultimately be greater than is shown now.
  
• In 2006 K1 processing time increased every month starting in January, peaked in Aril and then trended downward the rest of the year. There is no guarantee 2007 will follow the same pattern.
  
• Despite the perception that VSC processing has slowed, the 2007 K1 processing time is the same or less than it was in 2006 when compared to the same month. Unfortunately it does not appear that May will follow this pattern.

Hang in there....I really think...hope....dream....that VCS will now start to pick up speed. The date has now passed for them to be fully in compliance (July 31) and we haven't seen any updates from USCIS to change this. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, I can only assume VCS rolled through the work they had that backlogged them and will now turn their attentions back to us. We moved up 2 spots (after moving DOWN 4!!!)

HANG IN THERE EVVERYONE.....every day that passes we are one day closer to our noa2.

finally got the NOA1! very happy about THAT

what I'm not so happy about, though, is that USCIS is telling me that the petition is at CSC... should I believe that? I've double checked the direct filing addresses, and sending it to VSC (as we did) is correct (as my fiance lives in Texas); it was received there on July 19 and the NOA1 issued July 27... back of the cheque is stamped 'Vermont Service Center'... but the USCIS is telling me California... do I believe them? could they have sent it on over there? if so, for what reason? I've changed my timeline for now, to reflect what they've told me, but I have to say I DON'T understand

plus, I don't want to leave this happy thread with all the Lists

Have you checked the uscis.gov website...do a search there in the different centers and see where yours is...

well, I got the CSC thing from the USCIS website... it's what came up when I entered my case number

is there another place where I can look at the centres individually? do you have a link?

thats the only place i know ...who know with these new changes if tghey just tried to split the first load evenly...try calling on the phone...the number should be on your NOA1...im not sure if there is an automated line at this time , but give it a shot
