We need to square away the press release distribution. Bill B and I think we should pay the $299 for max effect. Need to know who is interested in contributing, so far Bill B, Zee, Amrssnowangel, Janaus. Once I know total number of contributors I can divide into $299 to get amount for each. Hang in there Byron...means they are working it HARD. I understand the touches are when they sign the case in and out...or update sth in their computer system. But they have it...they are working it...this is GOOD. Hang in there. Mirla...others...praying for u guys.

My Adjudication Date is November 16th...I'd be dead if I held my breath for that date...

I just want to point out that CSC is actively processing petitions from mid and late June...things are still pretty miserable on our side...my, how the tables have turned

I called in and all they can tell me was that it was still being processed and to wait about 30 days....

I told her was there a way she could look and see if there was anything else my case might need and she said no i can't see details about your case....so i asked her , is what i have on my computer screen all she has....she said yes......so they really have like regular operators just seeing what we see and nothing more...whats the point...i called using the RFE trick...well since I really did get a RFE, its not really a trick....i thought they were able to see more than what i could see....guess i was wrong, or i got a lazy person!!

I was wondering if any VSC non RFE petitions had hit or were about to hit the 6 month mark yet. So I looked at the open petitions that were sent in April or the first week of May.

The oldest is madmc22555 (tu & chris) who sent their petition on April 28 and have a NOA1 date of May 1. The next is Mirla (Mirla & Patrick) who sent the petition on May 7 and have a NOA1 date of May 9.

Mirla of course is still active on the site and madmc22555 was last seen on Oct 20.

Assuming that madmc22555 is still with us I hope he pitches a fit tomorrow. Maybe VSC will give us back our adjudicators when they realize they are in violation of their service level commitment.

I realize I am grasping at straws here, but to tell the truth I am running out of ideas and theories. Every other key date that I thought might bring back the adjudicators has come and gone with no improvement. My only hope now is that management will not want to violate the 6 month I-129F service level commitment.

Come on VSC. Give us back our adjudicators!
