Gail

I posted it in OT.

Some feel like the press is negative. Some think it is positive. Some think it is cool. Others not.

Really, I'm practically speechless, and that's rare.

I can NOT believe the outpouring of support from you guys-->I'm moved to tears.

I read some of those hurtful comments at WP before I went back to work and although I really don't care....... no one wants to have bad things said about them and have people jumping to conclusions.....but,

YOU REALLY HAD MY BACK!!!!!

And Jason/Sasha-->a real ego boost with the Demi Moore comment, I'm flattered. I try. ;)

You just can't please everyone, so if some are upset about the press getting this story, oh well, it's not meant to hurt anyone, only help. Still, there are always going to be paranoid people out there...but the fact of the matter is that this is an open forum and trolls come in here all the time.

The VJ creator was contacted, but I don't know why his name or comments never made the article, maybe he requested to remain anonymous, I don't know. I felt like I had to take this chance though.

This is a group of people (WE) who can do GREAT things, and don't forget that........and don't forget the struggle long after your SO arrives, we may need each other for a long, long, long time.

Thanks again, wonderful people.....Really!!!!

NOA 2: 04-02-2008-->SECOND Petition approved

10-29-08: File AOS, EAD, AP

After all the hard work you did putting this together and keeping us all updated it was the least we could do to have your back. Those people have no idea who they are messing with :D

Hey Guys -

I found this on another post - I was on the USCIS website but I didn't see it. Honestly, I would believe this statement though because it seems like it's a hidden statement. The filing time for the K-1 is still the vague 6 months.

Anybody else see this on the USCIS site? I clicked the link to view processing times and saw the following text, after some page refreshes though it was gone and replaced with old text.

Advisory on Processing Times

In the past few months, USCIS has received a significant increase in the number of applications filed. As a result, processing times will likely become longer for applications filed after June 1, 2007.

USCIS is working hard to address the increased volume and will continue to provide additional information on application processing times as it becomes available. For more information, please see our Frequently Asked Questions on receipt delays.

Does this mean June and later filers have to wait longer than 6 months?????

You can submit press releases for FREE at www.pr-inside.com

Ok another operation chocolate issue -

Thanks for the info  However I'm not sure this site is the most effective one to use, maybe it's just as good I don't know. But it's based in Austria, not here, and it only sends releases to it's subscribers - pr-inside.com .

In other words, 'if a tree falls in the forest and no one is there to hear does it make a sound' kind of issue. I think we should stick with massmediadistribution myself.

What do other people think?

Thanks. Hey, I am still with you Bro. PM me with your name and address and I will send you that $50 we talked about. I think you are right; if we pay it will have better success. I hope you June and after filers don't have to wait 150+ days like many others and me and I am proud to help you in any way I can such as this news release. And what can I say about my fellow May and earlier filers...it's terrible what has happened with the slowdown, I wish you all the best for good news very soon and God's speed.

It's been a while since I have last sat down and really wrote out how I feel about things. The truth of the matter is that this process is psychologically stressful. At times, it feels like my life is not a reality, or at least the life that I want is being held by this unfair process. I can't understand how they could just treat us like second class citizens. I have been waiting patiently for my NOA2 since May 24.

I wake up every morning wanting to call them and curse them out. Yell, beg...just do something. My whole life is at a stand still for what?

I'm going on five months and one week. Besides Mirla, is there anyone else that filed before May 24 that has not received anything from VSC? Are we the only two that has not heard anything at all that on this thread? Not saying that I want one, but at least an RFE would let me know that they are working on my application.

Help me...do call using the RFE trick? Do I continue to be patient and not call? What should I do? I can't think straight!!!
