Does anyone know why BridUSA (Luva & The Skinny Viking) is on the fast track? I want to get on that track also!

Sent date: 6/21

NOA2: 10/2

NVC received petition from VSC: 10/9

Consulate received package from NVC: 10/12

Received package 3: 10/16

IF you want to know..email them and ask...simple as that..maybe he's miltary...maybe there is extenduating issues...maybe they did a request for expidite....maybe congressional intervention...ask...

But according to their own admission, they don't have any idea why they were so quickly approved.

So even if we email them and ask, they will probably say the same thing, right?

I agree. It appears that they just happened to get into the right adjudicator's box of files at the right time.

I think some of it has to do with how fast the petitions come back from the initial background check. Either way...WAY TO GOOOOOOOO.

Every petition approved gets us one step closer to ours.

GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO VSC

I saw a post from Cory and Ann who got their NOA2 from VSC on Oct 8. France

That's good news too. I don't remember them being posted here for approval.

CONGRATULATIONS ANN AND CORY!!!!!!!!!!! I never saw that..Makes 7 approvals this month... thats an average of 1 every 2 days..they need to pick up the pace...but at least its moving..and these last few days its been one a day....

GOOOOOOOOO VSC!!

Actually I think VSC has had 8 approvals this month if you include K3's. There have been 7 K1's & 1 K3. For the same period, CSC/NSC/TSC combined have had 58 approvals.

Yeah I think you are right. VSC needs to pick up the pace big time. They are building up a big backlog and they will soon be beyond the 6 month mark.

They are a month or more ahead of the pack waiting for NOA2's and since they received their NOA2 they have been flying!

Their only post says:

"I have no idea why it went so fast for us. We are a normal couple like so many other here. I feel a little bad for that when i see that so many people who had filed before us are still waiting! "

I wish them continued good luck, but boy I wish we could all be so lucky.

there is another one also from darkhorse who sent his k1 to TSC on June 18 got NOA2 in August and has an interview scheduled in two weeks. I'm amazed at how fast he got through. What's up with that? no rhyme or reason to this system.

His was expedited as he initially filed earlier this year, nd USCIS somehow messed up his petitition, requiring him to refile. Therefore, his expedite was granted and the petition moved quickly thereafter.

Awhile back I had written a letter to the NYC Public Advocate (Betsy Gotbaum). They passed it on to another person (Ralph Perfetto, Ombudsman) who wrote a letter on my behalf to:

Andrea J Quarantillo, Director

US Citizenship & Immigration Service

26 Federal Plaza, Room 14-102

New York, NY 10278

Now I've received a form letter with checkboxes from that same NY address as above, saying I need to provide:

"The alien registration number, if any, of the beneficiary."

Does anyone have any idea what this number might be? I looked at my NOA1 hardcopy but it doesn't seem to say anything about this. Any ideas?

You don't have one yet. You can't register if you don't even have permission to enter the country as an alien yet. They suck! Stupid bureaucracy!

I just called USCIS....this lady told me to wait cause my case is in between the 6 months processing time....anyways, she told me VSC is currently working on April 17 petitions and that they work on petitions in the order they were received....I didn't contradict her even though I know that's not true.....

So she says april 17 and the website keeps showing 6 months....

Anyways, just wanted to let you all know that..I'm calling my stupid lawyer now....
