Part of me wants to vomit but part of me says that they have all of our information in their database so a photocopy of a card isn't that big of a deal. I could send it in now but I don't want to get our wires crossed, so I guess I'll just wait and see. Oh well, everything else has been pretty smooth - jumping through hoops but pretty smooth none the less.

Yes wait for an RFE, if you try sending now with out them requesting it, it wont get matched up with your file and just get lost.

One the NOA paper they still ask, if you haven't provide or sent them some required document you can foward them to USCIS, So i would say wait for the NOA once you received it, sent it to them with a copy of the NOA , WAC###### attached

Gone but not Forgotten!

  • 4 weeks later...

Well, I got the NOA and my GC is extended for 1 year. I've also got my biometrics appointment in a couple of weeks. So far so good.

I think I'll do as suggested. Send it with a copy of the NOA I received.

I would not send anything unless they ask you for it.... sending extra with a copy of the NOA1 is not going to get it to the right desk.... wait and see if they ask you for it.... I would have thought they would have requested it before they issued the 1 year extension letter, so maybe they dont need it...

What's the 1 year extension letter? Do you get one when you file for removal?

Yup. You should get one when you file to extend your GC by a year.

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."
