did you case arrived at NVC..............how can we find out about that...............do they send us the mail saying ur case has been transferred to NVC or what................can somebody explain to me please............

What else do they send .........only approval letter!!!!!!!!!!!!?.............and once its reached NVC i believe they will assign a case number and forward it to embassy...............but does the NVC will notify me about the case number and when they will send the documents to embassy............

any info will be greatly appreciated...........

lets hope and pray we will hear some good news today too :wacko:

18th January 2007, Married.

8th March 2007, Sent I-130 USPS Mail.

12th March 2007, I-130 Recieved by NSC, Signed for by F HEINAUER.

20th March 2007, $190.00 Check Cashed by USCIS, Back of check indicates file is with California Service Center.

23rd March 2007, Recieved I-797 NOA1 for I-130 (Had a spelling mistake in Benificiary Last Name).

26th March 2007, Called USCIS about mispelling on I-797; they made a note, gave me a "T" Number, said submit I-129F with current I-797.

19th April 2007, "touched".

13th June 2007, "touched". (Due to Phone Call Enquiry)

Maybe they are overloaded after DCF was stopped. I think that USCIS is unprepared with additional staff after Adam Walsh Act. For example we were intending to make DCF.

No good news about my cases. My husband was at local USCIS office yesterday trying to receive info. The lady there take his case numbers and said that would contact CSC to receive info. Today she call and the answer was: From CSC said that everything is o.k. and that we are in regular processing time. Would have to receive some information withing 6 of 8 weeks............. :angry: :angry: :angry:

I am so desperate and trying to think about something other. It is so bad that I can't make any plans in this situation. :crying: :crying: :crying:

yeah imagine 6-8 weeks for her and she has almost a month head start on us. Im so upset I cant even stand to talk to my wife right now. Im so stressed out all i do is make both of us worry even more. I had a touch yesterday but alas no action.

not trying to be bad... but it isn't 180 day mark for her... it doesn't count from the day you send it in... it counts from the NOA1 (and maybe even later).. kalina's I-130 NOA1 date is 2/24/07 (+6 months) = 8/24... about 2 more weeks, then you can yell and bug them everyday... haha... but good luck on everyone's journey!!! I hope that we all get approved soon and get reunited with our loved ones... I already lost a month between the I-130 NOA1 and I-129F NOA1..
