I received the 129f NOA 1 in march 15th. Not until two months later did the VSC give me an email that they were sending my petition to California "for faster processing". My case has not been touched since May 3rd. Am I alone in this or is there others here that have experienced this as well? I called for info yesterday but the woman answering my questions sounded like she was 80 and had drunk too much coffee, and smoked too many cigarettes. The reality is they couldn't care less about us. This is just a game of money to them.

Does my processing date start from the time they transferred to cali, and cali received it, or does it start from the time I orig filed my 129 or got my NOA1? Any idea when I should expect something. I emailed my senators yesterday but Im not too confident that will bring about anything.

This has turned into one giant nightmare. :help:

I believe your processing date begins when you sent in your I130. I believe that there is a new procedure for K3 filers where they now have to send their I129 to CSC. Maybe that's why it was transferred. I'm doing a CR1 and I"ve been waiting for approval for almost 5 months. I think that the I129's tend to get approved faster.

Please anyone, if I"m providing the wrong info please correct. Thanks.

does it mean that they have denied my k3 petition if i have had no touches since they transferred it to csc. They havent touched it for 3 months now. Also, it was sitting at VSC for 2 months until they transferred to cali. Does this sound like im on my way to getting denied? I got my noa1 on 129f in 8 days.

Irene...sounds like everything is moving along as it should! Most likely you have most of your waiting done and will be approved soon so just hang in there a little bit longer!

Yes I hope so. I know all of you must feel like you are in limbo as well, unable to plan or do anything. I will keep you all in prayers. It says in the timeline under possible dates that my case could have been adjudicated as early as june 28th, so its possible we all will get approved this week.

Guys. I had touches the very day I sent in my Expedite Request. I called USCIS using the RFI trick. I spoke with a nice man (immigrant himself) who told me that my file was "off the shelf and assigned to a case worker". Was it because of my appeal (I've got reasonable grounds)? Even the guy could not tell me - he can only check on the computer.

It seems that now is our time - all of us March filers - of if not now, in the next few days or weeks. So don't ask "why me"? and "Why haven't they approved mine yet"? Consider the boxes and boxes of applications sitting on shelves and the workers go go thorugh them daily. There is nothing good or bad about your application until they finally get to it. Will I have an RFI? Possibly, I hope not. I don't think when they receive the applicaitons that they check them. They probably have clerks type in the name, address and form and then it gets bundled with like applications. In my case, my file was then sent to the CSC, probably with a thousand others in boxes with barcodes on them. It's not as if someone looked at it, decided to send it to CSC and looked at your photos. When the box with your file is taken down from the shelf, it's dealt with.

So keep up with watching toches, check with your congressman to see if it's proceeding normally and do the RFI trick when it's been long enough (note - if you applied in April, that's not yet time). They will get through them, they are getting through them.
