Sent Expedite Request and Have touches

I faxed my Expedite request by fax yesterday and had 2 touches in 2 days on both my I-130 and I-129f. (that's 2x2x2) Is it because of the Request, or is it just about that time? It should be about that time - it's impossible to know.

I dreamt I had my wife and kids in the US today. What a nice dream.

Anyone else have touches today? Did you get touches to both forms?

Alan

Yes, my husband has called them through RFE trick. According to the officer who answered, our cases were assigned for review before a week. That's was all information. They didn't gave average time in which the petitions will be reviewed. I don't know if this information is true but if yes - can you imagine - we have filed in February and March and before a week our cases were assigned to somebody for review. Maybe next week we will try to contact congressman or senator for help.

Parachute.

You are absolutely right.

The problem is,if we give them a call,we always get the same BS -6 mos -response.

I do not understand how can the other people get normal answers from them.

For example,your case assigned/or not,Your case is pending/approved.SOMETHING INFORMATIVE.

We always got this: We processing cases from NOV 2006. And that is what we got.ONLY.

Every time when my husband tried to open his mouth to ask something,he was told: we cannot give any other information by phone.

Zolanden, do you call them through RFE trick. We called them many times and received only one response - you have to wait, it is not fair to review your cases before people which have filed in November, December and bla, bla bla.... The last time my husband called they said that finally our cases were assigned. But I don't rely much to this information. This mean nothing for me. I don't know how long it will take for the employee to review petitions. I am very upset because according to this info our documents stayed more than five months at CSC and nobody look at them. :crying: :crying: :crying:

Kalina

When your husband called them?

We called them twice, months ago, used the RFE trick, they gave a 6 mos response to my husband.

If your husband was told that your case were assigned,I definitely think you are on your way.

Do not say that it means nothing for you.God is good and you will be approved soon.

Regards

Z

Ara:

Congratulations and a BIG YAY for you! GO CSC...PLEASE GO!

Zolanden, thanks for the words but I became pessimistic about this. My husband called yesterday. At least we can see CSC is working again. Hope that we all will receive soon approvals.
