Hello,

I am getting ready to start processing the paperwork for a K1 Visa and I wanted to find out if anyone here had any experience with a DUI or DWAI? I was also convicted of a DWAI about 6-7 years ago here in Colorado, the only blemish on my record. Reading all the material on the I-129F is only asks for 3 or more related alcohol or drug convictions, under the IMBRA section. I was just curious if I even needed to mention the DWAI? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for any advice.

Thanks,

Larry

for one DWAI, then DWAI ( don't worry about it). no need to mention it. only if it's three or more alcohol or drug related convictions.
