Ive read all on the official Juarez site and I must admit I am confused... WHAT do i need to bring??? And what form do I use for the support? I know each consulate wants specific forms... which does Juarez want?

Here is what we are bringing:

Originals of....

NBI Police Papers (philippines)

Mexico Police papers

Birth Certificate of Lucita

and even though the children not coming to USA we have their birth certificates too

marriage certificate & death certificate (she is a widow)

Official NOA2 from USCIS

Official Approval from NVC

Photos of us together

some envelopes (fedex) of us sending to each other... MOST of our correspondence has ben online or on phone cards

Pictures (but arent these already in K1 packet we submitted?)

Passports (both hers and mine)

Lucita's Mexico FM3 visa

I also have still two complete "backup copies" of everything.....and I will take ONE of the two with me also to Juarez....

ALSO what is best place to stay close to consulate? and do they have Internet in rooms? :)

Have all the papers in packet 3 filled out a ready for the interview. Along with this, all the proof of ongoing relationship you have. They just looked at photos for us... but you never know and its better to have it if they ask for it. The juarez site said you dont need the I-130 affidavit of support, but they took it from us. They will also want a letter from your employer, bank letter, and past checks from work. They asked my wife for my W2s but i did not have them, and it did not cause any problems. The link above has TONS of info. Good Luck!

I focused a lot on the financial stuff and did not include as much evidence of our relationship, pictures of us, a card, some reciepts and phone bills. It was not enough, make sure you take plenty of proof some COs don't even look at that and go straight to the financial stuff but our CO was not satisfied with our proof because I had been married before, I guess. But he told us not to come back for 6 months with more proof. So take plenty and mark the dates on your pictures and where they were taken at. Also do take originals in case they ask you for them, not just the copies. Good Luck!
