the short story is that the visa package and interview are schedule in the Philippines and needs to be changed to Hong Kong any help? any one with experience?

You would have to supply more information. Why should it be changed?

I dont think Hong Kong would entertain the idea unless your SO was a resident there.

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.
