Today i had my interview at the us embassy in denmark, for a k1, to come marry my fiance redpinkflamingo, from in here.

I BEEN APPROVED!!!!!!!

The interview took 2 hours and 45 mins, had a attourney called Hampton and Hamtons, fill out my papers.

There was sooo many mistake in the papers, soo much i had to correct while handing them in, interviewer told me it was my lucky day, since normally they just tell people to reshedule if they have mistakes in their papers.

From day one i have had problems with this lawyer, just sent an email of complaint to the lawyer, since its extremely embarasing, to be up there and figure out that there is typo´s and missing info in your applications!!

Anyway this is still a day of joy!!, in a few days im gonna go pick up my new visa at the embassy! :-)

Got my SSN

had my immunization info transferred in I-693a thank God!

May 11, 2007-AOS mailed

May 13, 2007- item was delivered in CHICAGO IL

May 16, 2007- AOS/EAD NOA recieved

June 2, 2007- Biometrics Appointment Date

June 21,2007-AOS transferred to California Service Center

July 10, 2007-I-485 Card production Ordered

July 11, 2007-Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident.

July 13, 2007-Approval notice sent- I-485

July 19, 2007- Green Card Arrived! Wooohooo!

July 24, 2007- I passed my driving written test!

August 22, 2007 Passed my road test and started my work!

April 2009- Removing Conditions Applied

September 11 -got my 10 Year green card! yahooo!

December 2010- Apply for Citizenship

The interviewer at the embassy actually told me that there are a few good imigration lawyers out there, its just hard to find one, since there is alot more of the incompetent types

Regarding the lawyer, i been emailing them all day airing my concerns about what happended at the embassy with the papers....

They say its unusual for them to be so specific about certain minor details that these were in the papers, he says that they probaly singled me out to get a "beating"

Since i depend on using this law firm in the future, for my case and i cannot correct this topic i hereby admit i was acting in anger when i put their name on here.

This being said, there are still alot of things to be carefull with when you order a lawyer to do your case, still things to be consideret, alot of them out there are not good enough at their jobs and for some its just one big money machine.

Anyway my apologies to Hampton and Hampton for posting their company name here before confering with them.

Still a happy day though :-D
