HELP PLS HELP..

I sent my I-129F application back in March and it returned to me sometime early April because I forgot to sign my check. I sent it rigth away and when I checked my account in USCIS.gov this is what they said:

Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status: Case received and pending.

On April 12, 2007, we received this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. We process cases in the order we receive them. You can use our processing dates to estimate when yours will be done. This case is at our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location. Follow the link below to check processing dates. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

IS THIS THE FIRST NOTICED? IF SO, CAN ANYONE TELL ME BASE ON YOUR OWN EXPERIENCE WHEN WILL I GET ANOTHER MAIL AND UPDATE FROM THEM IF THIS IS APPROVED? THE CHECK HAS CLEARED AS WELL A COUPLE OF DAYS AFTER APRIL 12. BY THE WAY, I'M A FILIPINO AND MY FIANCEE IS FROM IMUS, CAVITE. ADVANCED THANK YOU FOR THOSE WHO CAN HELP ME. IM REALLY ANXIOUS AND I KEEP CHECKING USCIS.GOV AND LOGGING IN 5-10 TIMES A DAY FOR ANY UPDATES. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Yes, this message refers to the first notice and you will get a second when your petition is approved. Currently most service centers are behind in actually sending those first notices.

Yes its your NOA1, and NOA2 (approval) will be in between 60-90 days... we got ours 59 days after NOA1.

Each case is processed differently. Theirs might not be within the 60-90 day time frame you are quoting.

I agree. 90 is closer to average.

2.9 months is the average processing time as reported by USCIS. Note this is far less time than what USCIS reports on their processing time website - which will most likely always show a processing time of 6 months.
