hey everyone i'm new here, my husbands visa was denied at he's interview and there sending the noir can anyone give me an idea on how long it will take for me to get it and what do they need for the noir as far as proof he was denied under 221(g), the second question is what is 221(g) any advise would be very helpful

Which consulate? What did the denial slip have checked off on it? 221(g) is a large section of inadmissibility, it can be any thing, you need to be more specific.

how many times u have visited ur husband ?

go and visit ur husband dont wait for noir it will take 5 to 6 months to come to you i am deneied 2 1/2 months ago and still we havent got any noir go and visit ur husband and be with him for atlest 5 to 6 months coz after denial this is the first thing they will ask in ur noir contact good immigration attoreny , i am also working on my NOIR and trying to get all kinds of proof from A to Z family interaction and other stuff like that are important

sorry to hear that i am also being screwed by islamabad pakistan i think ur husband was denied by same woman the one that denied me she dont talk too much all she does is to send case back thats it , the best thing for you is to vist ur husband again after denial , no matter how many visits u have done at least spent like 5 to 6 weeks there and then go back and wait for NOIR i was also married in 2004 and got screwed in march 28 2007 , and now i and my wife are waiting for NOIR , try to get all details u have enough time to get all proof , and on upcoming interivew be with ur husband and dont take any chancess, she denied me by saying " that ur uable to prove that ur relationship with the petetioner is not solely for immigration to united states " and my marrige was internet base i think that can be one reason plus one other thing i havet seen my wife for like 2 1/2 years but i know where i was screwed and u need to find out the actual reasons why he was denied try to contact senator and involve them , i hope u will overcome this problem soon

If he was denied you will not receive an NOIR. NOIR's are for people that had there petitions sent back for review for possible revocation.
