Hello Again. After filing out my I-864 and printing it do I have to write my name, U.S. SS and the words "Form I-864" and each and every sheet of this affidavit or just on the addictional space needed sheet?

If you completed your I-864, PLEASE let me know!!!

What exactly needs additional space?

If you do attach something for additional space, put your Name as well as who is being sponsored, the form it is for (I-864), and question number that is being answered, also Case number will help if it gets separated.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

The eight pages of the form itself are all clearly labeled at the bottom right. If you need to attach separate sheet, then yes, follow Dan's advice. Supporting financial papers should at least have your name on them and securely fastened to the form.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Thank you guys, thatz what I need to know. By the way Dun what I need extra space for is to inform them of how I manage to get my current annual income caculated since you I'll be counting my current $/hr pay time 2080. Thanks again!!
