Hello,

I could not find this information anywhere, but it should not be a very rare case. If somebody had this experience, please :help:

Do we need to submit anything or somehow update CSC on the fact the petitioner has a new workplace? If they look at G325a, his work history will be reflecting his old place of employment (the one he had more than 2 months ago when I-130 was submited). If they call to verify - they will be told he does not work there anymore...

Any advice appreciated!

June'07 NOA2 per USCIS website!

I'm sure the employer would also mention that he left just a few weeks ago. It doesn't sound like a big deal to me. I doubt that they do super in-depth research on the info that's provided on the G325a. For example, my fiance is in Tanzania, and there's pretty much no way they would know how to get in contact with his former employers. None of the businesses have physical addresses, and the form doesn't ask to list phone numbers.

USCIS is not concerned with employment at this stage. Just make sure the I-134 is correct at the time of the interview and that any employment letter and pay stubs are from the current employer. Employment verification is not part of the process. Your petitioner must give evidence of employment.

You'll be ok. The employment letter needs to be submitted with the I-864 at the NVC/embassy level and you still have to wait a while for that. I started a new job about 3 weeks ago and will have a letter from my employer stating that plus tax returns for the past 3 years.

Rika,

They won't do either, other than to see that there are 4 pages and each is signed.

You will get a letter of employment when you will need to submit I-864 from your current employer where your current length of employment should be mentioned along with your wages. Do not worry about your G-325A's employment history.
