Just wanted to let everyone know, that My case has been received in Manila, it arrived June 4th. I am excited and I am excitedy getting my I-134 ready. Good Luck to evryone!!!!!!!

Good News! :thumbs: Congrats! Wish you and all VJ members the best of luck. I'm still waiting for NVC to receive our petition. So, in the meantime, I'm gathering more information for those that are ahead of me. :thumbs:

Try to call NVC. I did and they gave me my MNL case number. They are much nicer to talk to, than USCIS, and NVC is more helpful. Good Luck to you on the rest of your journey! :thumbs:

MARCH 13, 2007- NOA1

MARCH 19, 2007- REC'D BY SNAIL MAIL

May 23, 2007- APPROVED!

May 24, 2007- Rec'd e mail stating I was approved on the 23rd!!!!

May 29, 2007- Arrives at NVC

May 30, 2007- Called NVC and received MNL#

May 31, 2007- Left NVC headed to MANILA

June 4, 2007- Petition Arrives at USE Manila

June 12, 2007- Packet Mailed from Manila

June 25, 2007- Rec'd Packet

July 27, 2007- Medical appointment Aug. 3, 2007- August 3rd Interview, APPROVED!!! 149 days from filing!!!

Sept. 7,2007- Mary will be landing in LAX

NVC got my case today! :dance::dance:

I had to call the NVC since both our NOA2 approvals were so close in dates. So, I called NVC, and they received our petition as well! Buuut, I was hoping that my fiancee would go through the U.S. Embassy in Singapore. She is working abroad over there now. They said because she is still a Philippine citizen, her case is adjuncted to the embassy in Manila. Ah well, at least things are progressing nicely. I'll start reading the posts from all the folks going through the Manila embassy more closely now.

Today starts our third week of Administrative Processing at NVC.

I called them this morning, and our case has not yet been forwarded to Moscow.

5-15-2002 Met, by chance, while I traveled on business

3-15-2005 I-129F
9-18-2005 Visa in hand
11-23-2005 She arrives in USA
1-18-2006 She returns to Russia, engaged but not married

11-10-2006 We got married!

2-12-2007 I-130 sent by Express mail to NSC
2-26-2007 I-129F sent by Express mail to Chicago lock box
6-25-2007 Both NOA2s in hand; notice date 6-15-2007
9-17-2007 K3 visa in hand
11-12-2007 POE Atlanta

8-14-2008 AOS packet sent
9-13-2008 biometrics
1-30-2009 AOS interview
2-12-2009 10-yr Green Card arrives in mail

2-11-2014 US Citizenship ceremony

Thanks!!! A beer sounds great!!! I am just happy that what seemed so distant is now finally about to become a reality!!!!!! Now that we have an appointment for the interview, I think I will begin to sleep better and have a lot less stress!!!!! :wacko:
