CONGRATS SUPERNOVA! It's so exciting to see any of us get approved. My 129F was touched twice this week so I'm pretty excited about that. At least we know USCIS is actually doing something. YAY.

Congrats, Supernova,

my love is in Brasil too. So glad it went smoothly.

I feel knots in my stomach, thnking that our case can drag on for 6 or more months. I am so lonely without my love!

Question for anyone who knows the answer:

We filed in April 2007. I got NOA1 for I-129, but not for I-130. Check for I-130 was cashed in early July, but no response yet. Shall I be worried and complain ? And if yes, to whom?

I got NOA1 for I-129, but not for I-130.

Sousa... did u get any confirmation that USCIS received ur I-130 forms!? cause...after my knowledge u have to send back I-129F together with NOA1 from I-130. i really don't know how did u sent I-129F without their confirmation of I-130 receipt.

Ouch....did anyone check out the official timetable for CSC that came out? It looks like they lost a couple of days since the last report.....CSC timetable.....I thought they'd have tried to get ahead a few days! Oh well....anyone get approved after the "official" date of April 12th? Oh, and hey G&A, can you add my info to the tracking table?
