Doodle, I've tried that recipe...it's sooo good! Have you tried the WW pumpkin muffins? My mom used to make them back in the day. They're really good with lite Cool whip.

Tonight will be my first MENA slumber party :D

Best of luck to your husband, Dee (F)

Jackie was a great help to me when Mo had his interview. She even let me call her at 4am. :luv:

Thanks moody for the kudos! So glad to read that you are coming tonight. Most slumber parties are the Jordan girls chatting about their experiences in in Jordan. Tonight, we'll be shaking things up abit and I am looking forward to hearing stories about Egypt!!!!

Tonight we will ..........'walk like an Egyptian........' (sorry if the song is now deeply inbedded in your brain for the rest of the day)

See ya all tonight!

and DOODLE, don't deprive yourself! it's not worth it! my husband kept telling me how skiny I am two weeks ago (and I'm not skinny - i can fit into size 12, maybe something in 10, but I'm not skinny!).

It's a trend over there: skinny man and a woman who has curves. All the movies and everything - I even saw a woman singing with a triple chin and looking very heavy, and it's norm there! I wanted to use the 48 hour diet thingy be4 going, but thought, they'd try to fatten me up anyway. Why waste money and deprive myself. Now I can torture myself plenty! Just a friendly advice...

This is SOOO true.. My husband is a extremely fit / muscular.. He actually compains about the pinch of skin he can pull of his six pack :rolleyes::rolleyes: BUT i have become quite the chub.. and he tells me I am perfect.. and he loves the shape of my body.. His nice soft squishy pillow.. lol

BUT for my own sanity.. I wanna lose the 15/20 pounds i've put on in the past few years SO i can fit back into my clothes.. He'll have to deal with alittle less squishy of a pillow :D

dee - holy cow you had like a "real" wedding! lol. My pic is of me and hubby outside the icky building showing our blue thumbs! I wore a jean skirt and a sweater. I think we celebrated by going to get koshari! roflmaooooo!!!!!

I can't see them up close though, is there a trick to it? When I click on it it shows some Red Sox pictures.

moody - no i haven't but I found a site that has a ton of pumpkin recipes. I guess since pumpkin has so much fiber it makes everything lower in points. I love pumpkin because it's so rich and fills me right up.

visa4habbibi - funny story (well not so funny at the time.. ). When my husband FIRST saw me on the webcam one of the first things he said was, "can I ask if you can lose the wet?".

I had no idea what he was saying until I realized he meant weight!!!!

:blink::blink::angry:

I was so offended that I didn't talk to him for about three days after that. He has this way of just blurting out things...kinda woman-challenged if you will. lol. Anyways he saw the error of his ways and accepted me "as is" BUT when he met me in person he was SHOCKED. Apparently I look a LOT different on the webcam than I do in person. He kept remarking about it and from that point on kept feeding me!!!! lol.

I"m doing this so that *I* can feel better about myself. I"m a size 14 right now and would love to be at least a size 12 by the time I get there. If I don't feel good about myself then other things tend to suffer.

Jess- just look up on top of your screen at the pictures of the people and if you see the lady with black hair and a red shirt on look below her and click on *chat* and ..........just like that...you'll be transported into a whole different dimension where people look like frogs and moo like cows. rofl

12/28/06 - got married :)

02/05/07 - I-130 NOA1

02/21/07 - I-129 NOA1

04/09/07 - I-130 and I-129F approval email sent!!!!

04/26/07 - Packet 3 received

06/16/07 - Medical Examination

06/26/07 - Packet 3 SUBMITTED FINALLY!!!!

07/07/07 - Received pkt 4

07/22/07 - interview consular never bothered to show up for work.

07/29/07 - interview.
