Thanks irishgirl! its gonna take numerous deep breaths though haha..

Aselano, relax dude, youve stated the same thing twice. Dont worry about my financial situation and my future, everything is taken care of. we are all on different boats here. I just need to show it in writing and im confused about how to put our current situation on paper. and thats why im asking for the clarification. I only need advice on how to get the paper work filled out, not on how to run my life, no offense. I know you mean well though.

If we have the co-sponsor, is it easy to get the visa even if he's still in college? I'm thinking we'll have to file for the Affidavit of Support before his graduation.

Sorry to keep recycling this thread to the top.. I decided to put ``Unemployed (in training)´´ on the form. I dont want to use in training by itself since I took long trips to brazil during my unemployment period. Now, I only get 5 lines to fill everything in and its completely full and im only on year 3 due to periods of unemployment. what now? Do I type a continuation page in graph form just like this page to do the other 2 years and staple it to the back or just stop?

On a seperate sheet of paper write "Form G325A, Q: Employment last five years" You should also put your first and last name at the top. Answer the question just as set out on the form.

Sign it.

On the form make a notation to 'see attachment'

Thanks Aussiewench. Since all 4 pages of the g-325 are indentical, do I need an attatchment page for each? And should I make the attatchment page a continuation or only state ``see attatchment´´ under the employment history of the initial form and put a complete history on the seperate page?

I think you better send an attachment each, behind each form, ´cus they´re all the same but they´re gonna be sent to different places, as you can see by the way they number them on the bottom.

You write see attachment. Leave the rest blank. I really should think you should send one attachement for each form though, ´cus they´ll keep one at USCIS and send the other to the consulate, etc, and then they´ll be missing the attachement.

Thanks for your help Luis&laura! Youve all been a big help.. I´d be so lost without this forum and probably be throwing thousands down the drain for a useless lawyer

Paul, this year I finished my studies. I also took two long trips to Brazil. From May-Aug and from November-March. We have 2 co sponsors and I dont think we will have a problem.

Aselano, I am int he same situation as Paul. I am just graduating from school (right now I am finishing up my unpaid internship). Luckily because of wedding gifts we have recieved we will be fine for quite sometime. Everyone has a different situation. My fiance already has had several job offers (he studied in the us and is a tennis player). He is going to go through JFK trying to get the temp EAD and his job offers understand he may have to quit working for awhile. I think it is great that you want to be secure in your income before your fiance comes, but as far as I know lots of my friends who have married Americans have struggled in the beginning as well. My mom likes to say being poor at the beginning of the marriage is good for us...haha....
