Delbros Delivery Time - Metro Manila

I called the US Embassy in Manila earlier and they have Mylene's Interview scheduled for Monday, July 9th at 7:30 a.m. ..

She lives in Imus, Cavite which is very near Metro Manila. I am considering flying over the weekend before her interview, and spending the following week with her there. We are wanting to buy airline tickets for the Sunday after her Monday interview to fly back to the US. (I know it is a risk with the different factors, but we want to anyways)

Does anyone know how long it generally takes Delbros to deliver the Visa after the interview to locations near to Manila?

Thanks,

CB

My visa was delivered in Cavite 3 working days after my interview. My town is more than 20 kilometers farther from Manila than Imus.

Three days would probably be a minimum delivery period. I think five days is about average for a Manila area delivery, as long as there are no further processing delays, which are actually not uncommon. I'm hoping for a second week of July interview for my wife as well, and plan on visiting her just before the interview as you plan. So apparently the July interviews are scheduled. They have not shown up on the online list yet.

My wife was a K-3, she waited 10 days for the visa to be delivered and she lived in manila. Maybe the K-3,s are longer.

Her interview was feb. 16,, kind of recent. And they did'nt tell her if she passed even. Really nice folks there at the embassy. What's another 10 days of suspense.

If you attend her interview take a written request to expedite visa and ask that you be able to pick up visa from the embassy. Take along copies of your airline tickets. April 4th interview, embassy closed 5th and 6th for Holy Week. Closed again on the 9th for Heroism Day (Bataan/Corrigedor Day). Embassy reopens 10th and we travel back to Manila. The 11th we went back to the embassy with our letter and copies of our tickets. We went to window X and were told her visa was just printed that morning but that they would have to ask CO if it's ok to release to us. We waited about an hour and then we were called to window 34 and given her visa. I should have asked the CO at the interview and given him/her the letter and copies of the tickets (long story why I didn't but it all worked out). If you travel together remember she can proceed with you in the line for USC and LPR at POE. Good Luck and God Bless.

All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.

Delbros is fairly consistent in their commitment to deliver within 3 days in Metro Manila. Day 1 starts AFTER EMBASSY RELEASES PASSPORT to them.

My K1 interview was April 13, 2007, embassy printed my visa April 19, and passport released to Delbros on the 20th. I received my passport on April 26 due to some misunderstanding with my delivery address.
