April K3 Filers

as for my son's approval, well, it won't be happening any time soon, for sure...

we haven't sent his I-130 yet

had a problem with his birth certificate, so i had to take care of it first

we are ready to wait some more, what choice do we have

Just got our approval on for both 129F and I-130. Timeline has already been updated. I would say that I am happy but 208 days is nothing to be happy about. Now we are in line with the rest of you at the NVC. Looking forward to a month or two there.... Anyway, I want to thank the many of you for your encouragement over these many months! I am sure I will lean on you in the future as well. I think my email to my congressional aide yesterday finally forced CSC to actually look at and subsequently approve my packet all within 1 day- The amount of time that it really takes. I am trying to be happy honestly but knowing that the future still holds more hurdles, I press on.

Thanks a lot, neenuh. Appreciate it. Power to your words. Lets see what USCIS has in store for me. According to G&A's last updated table, I may get my NOA2 around Nov 8th. So, you may be correct in saying 2nd week of Nov but I will just take it a day at a time, otherwise, disappointment results in too much of an heartache.

Hope things work out really well with your son's approval too.

G&A's chart is fairly accurate, and if the latest has you at Nov. 8, I would think you should have your approvals by Nov. 16 at the latest. Maybe sooner if CSC keeps the pace up! Good luck

True, axp101. For last few weeks, I have been closely tracking the K3 NOA2 here on VJ and I can tell you that for CSC, we DO NOT have any NEW being reported as of, atleast, yesterday. So far we have had about 26 K3 NOA2 for this(Oct) month and sadly that number has been stagnant for past couple or so days. Although, many K3 filers have experienced touches/updates on their I130/K3 apps in the last couple of days, I dont think we have any VJers reporting new K3 NOA2 at this time. Lets hope we have a slew of them in the next few days. Good Luck.

Urge: I dont exactly remember my estimated NOA2 date from G&A's latest chart but I believe it was between Nov 8th and Nov 15. Anyhow, thanks for your wishes and heres to hoping for a quick one.

pkewl, we are within a few days of each others I-130, ( mine is showing a receipt date of 5/21. although I sent it on 4/20 ) so I am watching these posts with a keen eye. Good Luck

Banfield was approved on Tuesday Oct. 30th. I think last week may have been an exception with 9 VJ K3 petitions approved.
