Our applications have been touched:

09/25/2007 K-3

09/26/2007 K-3

09/27/2007 K-3 & I-130

COME ON CSC!!!!!

I just looked again and another touch today 09/28/07 on the K-3. I do not know if I want to cry or be happy.....What is going on???????????????????????????

As long as you don't get an RFE I think four touches in a row is a REALLY good sign. Hang in there!

I know the suspense is driving you crazy, but the good thing is you know they are working on your petition.

Something good will happen soon.

However, our petition looks like it is going to be one without documented touches. I called last week and no touches have been recorded on the Case Status. Such is life.

I think it says on the USCIS website that website does not show approval or denial, it only shows last updated.

So it is possible your NOA2 is is comming to you by snail mail but you will only see a last updated date on the website.

Well we finally got a "touch" of CSC love today as well. It is nice to see some movement. There haven't been many K-3 approvals this last week while tons of K-1's are kicked out by the CSC. It would be nice if they would process our K-3's as fast as the K-1's since they don't even provide a seperate waiting time for K-3/4's on the USCIS site. When I call, they tell me that my K-3 is being treated as a K-1, well not in processing time for sure. I hope you get approved very soon and that we follow close behind.

I can't believe all the touches and nothing yet... I swear these people want to take my sanity. This is pure torture. I will keep praying for all of us to be relieved from CSC clutches!!!!

Great news for you! But, the touches drive you crazy when you only see touches. I do not want to sound ungrateful because I know at least someone is reviewing our applications. But, omg CSC started reviewing them as of Sept 25 and has touched them everyday. I hope to god there is no problem and we have tried to cover every possibilty when submitting our applications. I shouldn't be suprise at this because they want to drain your emotions even more. At this point I do not know but, to keep checking the emails. Anyway, sorry for going on and on. I will take the approval of the NOA2 by snail mail but, probably will be ready for the funny farm after all the stress! These people

Hi My Honey, there is no need to worry, all these touches mean something good, remain strong, you have been patiente all this time, you have your approvals on the way.

l hope we start to see our approvals very soon, we have not received any touch.

For example, maybe our petitions got in the short line like going to the store. Only while in the short line, the customers ahead forgot the pin number to their wick number, their credit card will not go through, or a price check is needed. Suddenly we are watching while the people in the longers lines are heading out the door while we are still waiting.

Good morning all April filers. It's another week and I'm already rattled! I am very happy for the people but, I am extremely upset, and becoming to take this whole process more and more personal!!! There was another May filer approved by VSC. Why do these people keep our applications at CSC when they do not have the capacity to handle all these applications? In the meantime VSC is processing applications and our applications sit and the back log continues to grow! How comes no one is recognizing this huge problem? Also, the May filer did not have any touches! Our applications started to be "touched" Sept 25, 26, 27, & 28. Still we do not have a decision. This now is making me nervous and I feel like I am on the edge! What more will these people do to ya? I'm sorry for venting but, I am so frustrated!!! Our families continue to be seperated and all of our lives remain on hold. That is the bottom line on how you look at this. Also, I understand there is not a damn thing we can do until we finish this horrible process of USCIS... I really am thinking about when this ####### is over to publish a book on the entire process. I believe everyone should told about this horrible nightmare!!

Anyhow best of luck to everyone........
