April K3 Filers

Any recent K3 April Approvals??? I did a K3 NOA2 search for Sept 1st thru Sept 12th and following is the list I came up with(includes all the service centers):

1.... Lillian & Mark

2.... Yenys & Brian

3.... G & Golden

4.... Aileen & Robin

5.... Chen & Tim

6.... Blima & JC

7.... K & D

The wait just keeps on getting longer and longer...Someone said this in one of the other threads that.. the current slowdown at USICS is probably one of the worst, if not the worst, that filers have ever gone thru.. and if thats not painful enough.. it looks like, recently, the transfer time to NVC has also increased a great deal... hmmm...

Anyhow, good luck to all who are waiting and who got approved too...

So even though I have already sent out most of this paperwork ex: G325's ,Marriage cert,photos when I applied for I-130 it is still needed to be mailed with I-129f ? That is where I was confused.

The process and directions are very confusing at first. There is some repetiton of forms. In the future you will need to send a copy of everything to your spouse for his/her interview at the Embassy/Consulate. Another set of pictures and G325as will needed when applying for AOS.

I will get everything ready so as soon as I get my NOA I can mail in I-129f right away

u should be approved within a week or two. then its waiting for them to transfer the case..which was another pain in the butt.

Hey Urge..

Hang in there my friend...Our time will come soon..We all will get approved and this nightmare will be behind us... Look at this way.. You have already gone thru much of your NOA2 wait.. now its only a matter of weeks. if not only a few days... I know, thru my first hand experience, that its easier said than done but we have much to look forward to once our SO will be with us..

Hi urge, do not worry, everything will be fine, you will be approved soon.

if you have waited for so many days now that the time is closer you have to hang there but l know by my own experince that this is very hard. Be positive.

We are also, trying to hang in there. Parachute just got their approval so, CSC is almost completed with March filers and then finally on to April filers. What a toll this takes on someone......
