Application Type: I129F , PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status:

On March 21, 2006, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not

received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.

if they sent it on 3/21 is it possible to receive the letter by 3/24-25? I will go visit my fiance this weekend, I hope i get it before then...

also, how long would it take to be approved?

as far as additional evidence, well we have pictures and stuff but since we live so close (3hrs away) I dont have flight or hotel tickets, I have my car permit, some receipts from the highways in Mexico....

Most of my family lives in Monterrey Mexico, so I really dont have much...

what do you think?....

As of now you have no idea what they are asking. It may as simple as not filling in one of the boxes, or as complex as wanting more info on meeting in person.

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.

Our RFE was for not sending the original G-325A with original signatures. We had sent in photocopies. So, we just sent back originals, and were approved very shortly after.

And yes, it is possible that you will receive the RFE in the mail before the weekend.

Good luck, and don't stress too much.... RFE's are usually something very simple.

RFE'd because I'd taped Pras' signature samples (in native script) for "her" G-325A; I had to recopy "her" G-325A from the petition copy I kept, and courier them to her for ORIGINAL signature (I asked her to make 8 signatures, one each in signature spot and "name in native script" area on the four pages). Approved within 2 months of that.
