Hi,

I filed my I-129f with unsigned "letters of intent to marry" . Will that be a problem since "intent to marry" statement is printed above the column for my signature in I-129f form?

Secondly what is the meaning of file being touched. How do i know when my file is being touched?

Thirdly how do u create a timeline below the posts?

The letter of intent *should* have been signed. You may get an RFE for this, I'm not sure. What was the reason for not signing the letter?

Being touched is just that...your case has been touched or looked at by an office worker at USCIS. Doesn't mean much these days.

To create a timeline go to My Controls, and to Edit Signature. A text box will show up. Type your timeline there and submit.

In order to CYA, you may want to write the letter (both of you), sign it, and save it. That way, if you receive an RFE then you can mail it immediately and not waste time.

Good luck
