Take a look at the Immigratrion timeline feature at the top of the page. It looks like the average for CSC is 108 days. Good luck

NOA1 to NOA2 timelines relate to which USCIS service center is adjudicating the case, not the country in which the named beneficiary resides.

Right. When a petition is filed at USCIS, it doesn't matter which country it is for. Right now the average wait for an approval for K-1, K-3 and CR-1 petitions at CSC is about 90-120 days. Mine was approved in 87 days from the day I filed at NSC.

The numbers you'll see on the timelines here on VJ include work and weekend days.

It really depends on the service center. Vermont is as fast as a lightning (just exaggerating)... as for CSC, because of the heavy loads of cases they're working on, it can take up to 90 days to forever, to get the NOA2. Ours took less than 90 days, though, and I'm very thankful for that. There are Oct, Nov and Dec filers who are still waiting until now... Keep your fingers crossed that your case won't sit too long at CSC...

Good luck!

Mae

HI...

Just like to get some information about NO2 , How many days or how long it takes to get ur NO2 approval if ur from Philippines..

Jen

It usually takes 90 days or so.. But each case varies and methinks that wherever the benificiary is from doesn't really a business.. I haven't gotten my NOA2 yet and it's already 101 days since my NOA1.. But I do not think that am already left behind coz my first adjudicated date is May 8. :)

Fill up your timeline section, kabayan. So you would now when you will be expecting your NOA 2 (it may not be the exact date but at least you have something to look forward..) :)

Jen

Uhm, if your petition already got approval (it's time to start gathering documents you will be needing for your interview), your case will be forwarded to NVC. NVC will assign a MLA case number for you and they will forward your packet to USE Manila. USE Manila will give you your medical and interview dates, also they'll send your packets 3 & 4 (meds and interview usually takes 3months or so from the time USE received it from the NVC). When your interview and medical goes well, it will be the right time to prepare packing your things, book your flight and fly. :)

Thats all I know.. I hope somebody who already experienced this corrects me if am wrong. God bless on your journey!

jhenny24,

You can look at my timeline to have an idea of how long it takes for things to happen... NOA1-NOA2-NVC-Consulate stages.

Actually, there's no such thing as Packet 3. USE sometimes sends pre-appointment letter to the beneficiary and it is mistaken as Packet 3, but for real, it is not it. As for the Packet 4, it is usually sent out 1-2 months before the interview date. But in my case, I think it's taking so long for them to deliver it (God knows why) ;)

Take a time to look at the GUIDES...

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;page=k1guide (something about after receiving the NOA2 is at the bottom)

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...amp;page=k1flow

You will find tons of information there that will surely help answer all your questions.

Good luck!

Mae
