I'm actually ok that it's not Friday. It's my birthday, and my first one as a married woman, so we'll see how well my husband does! I know they don't really celebrate birthdays in Algeria, so he doesn't really get why we celebrate them here. His birthday is next week, though, so he'll see how much fun I'm going to make it for him, and maybe he'll get into it.

Does anyone have any good travel plans for the summer? We're wanting to go to Algeria, but if we do, we won't get to go till winter, so I kind of have to save all of my vacation. I'm so used to going on some sort of summer vacation, so this year I need to live vicariously through others.

How is everyone's week going? It's kind of quiet on the boards lately. I hope everyone is doing well!

Happy Thursday! One day til payday............

Today I am off work! I have a few measures to do, then I am free to shop! I really need spring clothes. The long, black jackets have to be put away. My co-workers want to send me to 'What Not To Wear' I need a new look.

Hope you all have a great day.

Hello all! I've been busy doing the spring cleaning thing in the garage. I really need some shelves out there. Everything is stacked up on the floors and it looks awful. Found out today that all the bickering has resulted in at least two people not posting anymore. I think that is a shame. Well, back to my cleaning...

Hey every one, I been keeping a low key these days. My spirits are not all that high. I guess I just need a little VJ vacation. Miss all of ya. I just need to keep away because right now because seeing all the approvls left and right is doing me more harm than good. Keep it real and be safe. I will be back with my retarded little posts when my spirits are a bit better. Maybe hopefully soon I will get to post the dips sticks approved thread! At the moment I am crawiling in a black tunnel.

Peace

Hey everyone...it has been a quiet day in MENA - I guess it is a positive development - too much drama is just not good - entertaining - maybe but also very hurtful for many...So it is good to see some peace around here...

Amal - hope that you will be feeling better soon. Glad to hear that the operation went well. Take care of yourself...

The Dip Sticks - I know what you mean - there are days like this but I think that brnidokiegurl has a good point... Stick around - and I hope that you will be getting started on that approval thread soon...Best of luck...

It has been a good day in NY - I am still in the office but not for long - got to get some fresh air and get ready for Friday...See you all tomorrow...

D.
