Check my timeline; I would have been approved since October if I hadn't gotten RFE...but still I got approved a month ago. I called and called to bug them.

The processing date which they posted on website is April 29.

Please ignore what they have listed on the website. You need to call using the RFE trick to speak to someone specifically, not a general person who's going to read the website to you. You should have your NOA2 or a RFE by now. Please call 1-800-375-5283 Prompts 1-2-2-4-2-1-Rec't #-1(to verify)-1 Tell them that you're concerned as it's been 6 months since you filed and you've heard nothing on your case and you would appreciate an update as to the status of your case. They should put you on hold and check it out for you. Your timeline is outside the norm at this point

K-1 Timeline:

Hey everybody, we finally received our interview date. It will be on January 14th. I will leave for Thailand on January 6th. I cannot believe this part of this crazy process is almost over. Good luck everybody.

2007-05-11: I-129F Sent to Texas Service Center. (Forwarded to California Service Center.)

2007-05-17: I-129F Received by California Service Center.

2007-05-22: Check cashed and I-129F NOA1 declared online.

I-129F RFE(s) : None! Thank God!

2007-10-04: I-129F NOA2 Email.

2007-11-02: NVC received our petition.

2007-11-06: NVC forwarded our petition to Manila.

2007-11-14: Petition was received by the Consulate!

2007-11-20: Received IV Schedule dates!

2007-11-24: Packet 4 arrives to Arlyn's home!

2007-12-07: Received NOA2 Hard Copy, FINALLY!

2007-12-15: Purchased our plane tickets from Continental Airlines.

2008-01-17: Adam and Arlyn arrive in U.S. with matching flights!

2008-01-17: Adam and Arlyn officially married in Alabama!

2008-01-18: Phase 2 begins . . .

2008-04-23: Future wedding ceremony!

How many more May filers who have not received NOA2 yet? I hope that the rest of may filers get approved soon. I need my NOA2 right now!!!

There are still several May filers waiting, but most are waiting for they're approvals to be sent to NVC. They are working on June filers and have started working on some July filers...don't worry, they'll get to yours soon. I know it's hard to be patient, but don't worry until you see many people who filed near your date or later getting approvals before you. I'm sure it'll be fine :)
