Yes you still have to fill one out as well as your joint sponsor.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

as far as i know you still have to fill out the I-134 and the joint-sponsor too.

Your fiance is from the UK right? I am in the same situation as far as needing a co-sponsor. At the London Embassy, it is sufficient to just have your cosponsor fill out the I-134. A lot of people on this site will say, "do it anyway, better to be safe" so its up to you, but I emailed them and they specifically said I DO NOT need to fill it out since my parents are. Hope that helps:)

07/20/2007 Visa Interview in London! Approved!!

10/04/2007 Small private wedding!

04/19/2008 Big fancy shmancy wedding!

AOS Timeline:

10/18/2007 Sent entire AOS, EAD, AP package to Chicago

10/19/2007 Package received in Chicago- signed for by V Bustamante

10/25/2007 NOA1 for AOS, EAD, and AP.

10/26/2007 Check cashed.

11/28/2007 Biometrics appointment in Denver.

12/17/2007 EAD card production ordered!

12/27/2007 EAD card arrives.

12/31/2007 AP approved.

01/07/2008 AP received.

02/01/2008 AOS interview in Denver. APPROVED!

02/11/2008 Green Card received in mail!

Done until July 09' !

Thanks for the info. I've been stressing out more and more over this. My dad was going to co-sponsor, then he passed away in Feb so it's been a huge step backwards when I need a step forward the most. I just came back from holiday with him spent 1 week at his house and 1 week in Spain with him and his family, made me want to get this going even faster. I am so sick of goodbye. Thanks again
