Nope, no reason to worry. Read some of these timelines. You can see it is about 3 months to get the NOA2 or an RFE. You are 30 days in, wait 60 and then worry.

welcome Kate. Dont worry you will obsess over this for a while, but then after so many weeks, it does get easier. Its a long road, so pack a lunch and keep up your spirits.

Bobbie,

What actions do you suggest after 60 days and no touches? I'm getting worried myself.

You still have another month or so wait. They ment they had ANOTHER 60 days to wait (on top of the 30 they already had). I got my first touch on day 91. Some people see some action in the 70's, but usually its around 90. Watch the March filers thread and see when people around you start getting approved.

Timeline

AOS

Mailed AOS, EAD and AP Sept 11 '07

Recieved NOA1's for all Sept 23 or 24 '07

Bio appt. Oct. 24 '07

EAD/AP approved Nov 26 '07

Got the AP Dec. 3 '07

AOS interview Feb 7th (5 days after the 1 year anniversary of our K1 NOA1!

Stuck in FBI name checks...

Got the GC July '08

At CSC it takes about 90 days. Most of that time is sitting in the queue as the adjucators go through the backlog of cases ahead of your case. Its normal not to receive any touches while your case is waiting to be processed. Once its picked up, then you will start seeing touches. March filers are only now starting to get processed.
