With the long weekend and all, I wasn't expecting anything until yesterday. I hope we will see approvals from today. Please please god, get me the approval soon. I hoping next week or so... :unsure:

i am few weeks ahead of u buddy.....and i still haven't received anything. So please don't get ur hopes too high.....i have been doing it for the past few weeks thinking that this is the week of my approval....and it hurts when it doesn't happen. :crying:

I wasn't wishing for just my approval, I want to see some approvals from CSC this week, that tells me there is life at CSC and brings my hope up.

I called USCIS today and they told me their system will be down for 24 hours -- so, probably no updates tomorrow either.

Really?? I called USCIS today to find out if my address change had taken effect and talked to someone who said he was from California Service Center. He told me that my address was updated for my I-129F but not on I-130. Hopefully this time around it takes effect :unsure:

Hello all,

I filed my I-130 in April to the CSC for my pookie and to this date have not received anything. But I did get my case number confirmed that was on the back of my check. It does get numb hoping to see something everyday. Anything. But I wanted to include myself in this thread. I am just in the same boat as all of you :whistle:

13 April 07 - Mailed I-130 to CSC

16 April 07 - Filed in CSC

24 April 07 - Date on online as received

27 April 07 - Check Cashed

:unsure: Waiting for some action

29 May 07 - Mailed I-129F (K 3 Visa) to Shy Town :blush:

Hopefully soon, we all hear something. Did ya'll know that the California Center is backed up but should be compliant by June 15th? They will hear from me if I dont see anything from them in the mail. :devil: Why is it that when people send the I-129F to Chicago, it is transferred to another Service Center? Is it cause they file it in their system and then it gets verified in the center closest to home?

I know it might be too early but I am seeing some March approvals, :dance: I am wondering if there are any April filers with approvals, if not atleast post here so we can all support each other :thumbs:

I129F NOA 1 : April 4th

My I-129F was received in Chicago on 2/12/07 and still no approval. I called the USCIS today. They said they were processing cases filed in November. I ask what if the approval does not come within the 180 days they say it can take to process. He told me that is only an approximate time, it can take longer. Not good news.
