attorney vs signing forms

Hi everybody,

My husband and I have decided that it's better for us that we'll hire an attorney for our K-3 visa process.

I have a question concerning the signature of the forms by the foreign spouse : Should the papers concerning the foreign spouse such as G-325A (or other forms) be signed BY THE SPOUSE? or can be signed ONLY by the attorney?

in the "F" of the form they say :

signature of person preparing this form, if other than the petitioner

My husband signed all the papers for himself and we have professional help also. Also I am not sure whether you are unclear on this or if I misinterpreted what you wrote, but your husband is not the petitioner .. you are.

The forms will be signed by you or your husband, depending on whose G-325A it is. And then in the spot where it says "signature of person preparing the form if other than petitioner", your attorney will sign.

There is always need for the original signature of the petitioner/beneficiary for G-325A, the petitioner also has to sign the I-130 and there should be the signature of preparing person on each of them. That's just additional though

well, i'm the foreign spouse and my spouse is the USC.

i understand from your message that i have to sign the four pages of (G-325A).

can I use ballpoint black pen? since they refer to the "black ink" in the instruction- and write my name in Arabic (since i'm from Morocco).

the rest of the information in the forms will be filed by my husband with the help of the attorney.

i'll send the signed forms + passport photos in a postal mail in the next couple of days and he'll submit the first package of our K-3 application as soon as they get it and complet it ...i hope that i'm not missing something...

your advice and tips are always welcome...
