Your package will get sent out to NVC. From there it will go to your fiancee's consulate. She'll get instructions on what needs to be done along with some forms(probably).

Just as an additional: You'll also get a letter from NVC regarding your case being sent etc. Keep that, there's a case number listed and you can check online (after a couple of months at least) to see if you have an interview and medical date set already. Your fiance will also receive a packet before her interview date. Good Luck!!!
