I-129f Question

Am just excited about getting my first NOA..Anyways..On the instructions of the I-129f form, it says mail these to the service center for my area, which is Texas..I notice that here in the "Guides" section uner "How to"..it says send the I-129F to Chicago.....Which is correct? Just wanna make sure...Thanks to everyone..I guess we're all in the same boat kinda...

Send it to Texas :yes: . They will probably transfer it to California centre anyway, so don't be surprised to find out about it on your NOA1. Good luck with your journey :)

Oops, I've just noticed that you are in the K3 section, if K3 then I am not sure. The instructions do mention Chicago if you file for your spouse.

I sent mine a couple of weeks ago to Chicago but that was for my spouse. It appears for a fiance it needs to go to the Service center listed for your area.

I am a US citizen and am sending mine in for my alien spouse...not fiance..We're married and filing for K-3..Am confused sort a of where to send it.
