Dumd stupid question but......What if the check sent with a I-130 was made out to "USCIS" instead of the "Department of Homeland Security"?...Anyway to contact them or fix this quickly? Haven't received anything such as a case number from them.....This is what happens when you don't read the instructions "Carefully"...Any suggestions

I am sure that this happens all the time. I bet that the check will still be cashed. Think positive!

Thanks...I hope you're all correct...I-130 was sent on 4/3/2007..18 days ago...I noticed a lot of people are getting NOA's in 10 days or less..Makes me think something is wrong..anyways...
