Could it be true?

On March 7: they said that they are processing the K3 cases with receipt date of Jan 30, 2006

On March 20: STill the same date.

Does anyone know why this date hasn't been moved in past two weeks? Should one assume that it is because of backlog? or just the date hasn't been updated?

Thanks....

As much as these processing dates give everyone a sense of what they are up to.....It does not necessarily mean that your petition wont be approved earlier...or later for that matter. How else does one explain approvals before the listed processing dates. This goes across the board to include all petitions. Our I-130 eg was approved almost 3 weeks before the listed processing date. Texas is still listing 129F when they forward to CSC. Take it all with a grain of salt.

All the best to those waiting on NBC and all other processing centers.

For anyone interested...a couple of good posts by meauxna with links re the service centers which would I imagine cover the NBC (formerly MSC) http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=2603
