Hello again! I believe VJ is very helpful to those who have lots of questions to be answered like ME! I made an appointment in CFO on 20th of October, but I made a mistake as well by filling out incorrect citizenship instead of Philippines, I put USA. Are they going to correct it when Im about to go there? Please see attached file.  Hope to hear something from you guys. Thank you!

I do believe that they will allow you to change it in person.

Take a deep breath, there is no problem with your appointment or info.  That box you circled is referring to the Petitioners Citizenship and the corresponding session.  Hence the sub title "Appointment Details."    Our appointment confirmation was exactly the same.
