G-325A Question

When it asks if my fiance and I have met within the last two years and to describe this meeting, do I describe his last visit here or our first meeting? I'm a bit confused on that.

Also...

Declaration of how you met in person in the last two years. This should be a single typed page regarding question 19 of the I-129F. Make sure to sign and date it.

I suppose the same question applies to this as well. Should I explain that we've met several times in the last few years or...? And is there an example of the declaration of how we met in person anywhere on the site?

For reference, I'm the USC and my fiance resides in London, England.

Thanks for any advice you can offer! We're hoping to get this thing sent out soon but work is getting in the way. (I FINALLY got a job though so everything is going along smoothly!)

It may have been the I-129F, I had them both open and looking at them and I'm easily confused.
