The instructions that come with the form are pretty clear. Read them carefully for your answer.

I can assure, you the advice to read the instructions was very friendly. I think it is more friendly to teach a man to fish and then to clean a fish than it is to give him a fish already cooked. What you have done above, is a great idea. I wish more would do it. The lists look good to me, although the K4 doesn't actually need a G-325a. I included one anyway, as you have. I don't see how the passport pages can hurt anything but they also are not needed for the petition. Be sure to write the names on the back of any pictures and that the photocopies are of actual certified copies or certified translations of documents.

On second look, I don't see sufficient proof of the petitioner's US Citizenship. If you're not sending a copy of a certified US birth certificate, you need to send copies of every page of the passport, even the blank ones, silly as that may seem.

Hi,

as far as I know, if you pursue I 129 F route and choose to go in USA with K 3 visa, your son will receive automatically K 4 visa, nevertheless the I 130 petition is sent for him.
