The "No, Nothing Yet" Thread

I think a lot of us would like to hear more about why you were denied in Egypt and how you dealt with it. I am guessing you were turned down for a K-1 and are doing a K-3 now. Am I right? The way mine is going so far I am trying to be mentally preparde for anything that might happen. I do think the USCIS needs some serious reform.

We are re-filing the K-1. When I posted the thread last year, it seems certain members could not respect the fact that I asked for prayers, not the Warren Commission concerning the denial of our petition. My fiance asked me to be respectfull of his ( and my) privacy. I did not go into elaborate details, as some had so wanted me to reveal, and it started a minor bash fest . I do not wish to rehash a historical event and re-visit that event ever again on a public forum .

We dealt with it, and we continue to deal with it . We are determined to press onward. Like you, we are trying to be mentally prepared for anything the USCIS my fling at us and try even harder to stay one step ahead of this twisted game.

I can understand that and respect that. Most people on the forums are great people with a lot of kindness, understanding and support but there are always a few who like to create turmoil and put others down.

I am not sure how much free space is in my prayers at the moment but I will squeze you in somehow.

God bless all of you! I certainly do pray for all of us on VJ whether I know folks here personally and their specific situations or not, or whether they are believers or unbelievers. He knows each and every need, and can do above and beyond of all that we ask.

You have my prayers...as well as all others here...our lives are delayed due to inadequacies in our system...anyway...just pray for us in return...and oh yeah, nothing here yet

I've decided two touches and inaction after gets me back into this thread. fwaguy's last stats puts us at 96 days, which means the VJ stats (which count from mailing, not NOA1 like fwaguy's) are at 106. Wohoo - look at me - 3 digits! Hooray!

(Maybe if I start high-fiving the delays it will reverse-psychology the cosmos into speeding up the NOA2? I'm going to start trying to read tea leaves and casting spells next.)

I'll never claim to understand the ways of CSC. We never got touched at all until approval, yet some folks get touched 2-3 days in a row, then nothing.

Heres to hoping for no RFEs, and hasty approvals for the rest of January filers this coming week!!

Good grief!!!! My adjudication had been going down and now it has moved up twice...all in a couple days time. sigh....... I looked at fwaguy's stats and it shows me at 37 days. I feel like I've been waiting longer than that. (maybe cause i'm on here 24/7?) I know I should be ashamed because there's a lot of folks that are gathering dust around here already. Anyone care to go have a drink? lol

Yep. Collecting dust - too funny, and so accurate. Daisy, hopefully your NOA2 will be out this week - keeping my fingers crossed for ya! Hope the rest of us start to see LOTS and LOTS of movement. BUT, I'm not going to hold my breath.

It is not that I get happy about you not getting your approval yet but it makes me feel kindda better that I am not the only one who got touched twice and then nothing!!! NOTHING!!! NADA!!! NIENTE!! I hope we get it this week!!
