Buggy I-134 form?

I was wondering if it was just me or not. But when I try to fill in my I-134 form with Adobe Acrobat Reader, the fields where it shows "Date submitted" for question 9 & 10 seem to be the same date where I input my birthdate in question 1 "I was born on ______."

For example, I put any date in any of those fields, and those 3 fields have the same date, unable to change (ex. put April 5, 1980 and all 3 of those fields have April 5, 1980). Maybe it's my computer? Strange...

seems I had an issue like that on a form too.....

I think it's in your adobe settings and the problem being your auto-complete setting.

try going to start/all programs/adobe reader<version>/edit/preferences/forms

from there either un-tic "remember numerical data" if its checked......if it's not then I would try turning off auto-complete altogether. See if that makes any difference.

good luck :)

Hmm, auto-complete is already turn off. Yet it still does it... oh well, if all else fails, I'll just manually write the dates in by hand and the rest in typed.

I have the very same problem. Auto-complete is turned off, previous entries deleted, PC was rebooted and it still does it.
