 I'm kinda stunned about how fast it was. Here's my package contents in order if you're curious...

(and everything was paper clipped together if you're wondering...)

- Cover Letter

- Payment in the amount of $170.00.

- I-129F

- I-129F Supplement: Part B, Question #18 labeled and signed by me, explanation of meeting in person

- G-325A and passport style photo (in a ziplock bag paper clipped to each form and labeled with marker) (Petitioner)

- G-325A and passport style photo (in a ziplock bag paper clipped to each form and labeled with marker) (Beneficiary)

- Birth certificate photocopy and US Passport photocopy (I did both)

- Letter certifying intent to marry (Petitioner and Beneficiary)

- Proof of having met in person in the past two years (photocopies of my plane tickets, and an envelop of pictures with dates written on the back)

Did next-day delivery on the 6th, and when I got the first NoA by mail I checked the site everyday for the status. Now I'm working on getting my Affidavit of Support done and notarized. I believe I can get it notarized at my bank, but I'm not sure. They said they think they can. I'm going to research it more.

thanks for sharing...i got everything but the letter how we meet in person in last 2 years...we dididnt do that...and the cover letter...the lawyer dididnt told us to do it so probably he will..i wonder if we will get RFE in case the lawyer will not make one... Good luck in your journey

Ahh you used a lawyer.... not me. Too much money to spend on someone else messing up work they're going to make me do anyways. You don't need an additional letter of how you met in person unless it wouldn't fit in the box for Question #18 on the I-129F form... and the cover letter is probably the one thing done by the lawyer... and he/she probably passes it off on his/her secretary or paralegal

Wow $5000  That's outrageous. I only recommend a lawyer if it's getting complicated. I was considering it at first because lawyers tend to put the fear in you (no offense to you lawyers out there reading this  ) but then I just decided to go for it. I did plenty of research first. Google = friend

Well called the DoS today and found out the P3 was sent out June 19th. I hope they sent it to the correct address. We had to change it via fax. Now it seems we'll be getting the interview soon! Here's hoping!
