I filed the I-751 for my Wife and included my 2 stepkids in October. A few weeks later I get 2 letters telling my kids that they where included on somebosy elses I-751. Another week go by and we get 2 appointments for Bio for my kids. I call the 800 number and get told that since my Wife is the primary petitioner to have her go too. So all of us show up at the appointment. After some research the tell me that the reason my Wife didn't have an appointment is that I didn't have her A# correct. Sure enough there is a A# problem on the Appointment form. But the forms that that we got for the Kids are correct. So all 3 have there Bio's taken. I then needed to fax the supervisor to resolve the A# problem. I then receive a letter that he can't help me since I am not the petitioner (Should have my wife sign the damn Fax). The problem was resolved so. Sooooooooooooooo today we get an invite for my Wife's Bio, 3 month after her Bio was taken.

That is something completely screwed up! I am really sorry to hear about that. First of all, Vermont is taking extra time to process all our paperwork, and secondly, it doesn't look like they know what they are doing. So, good luck to you and your family and hopefully their next step is to issue new green cards for 3 of them.

These procedures require the patience of a saint, first for all the waiting and then for all the different things that can go wrong, I think that is not a big problem maybe it can be fixed if she has her fingerprints again. Good luck!
